Kisuma Chemicals B.V. is as European Manufacturer and importer of chemical products well aware of the fact that REACH as a European regulation is applicable from June 1, 2007 and that the projected timetable for pre-registration (from June 2008) and registration have been set.

It will have significant impacts on all manufacturers, importers and downstream users of chemicals in the European Union. It will require a joint collaboration across all supply chains.

Kisuma Chemicals BV is besides EU manufacturer also the only/sole respresentative for industrial products manufactured by Kyowa Chemical Co., Ltd of Kawaga Japan and imported into the EU. We are committed to meeting our legal obligations under REACH, as a manufacturer / importer / downstream user and are preparing for it.

Although we cannot provide any guarantee that all our products will continue to be available under all circumstances in the future, for our main products this will surely be the case.

We will also try to include for these main products those applications we are made aware of in the registration. To ensure that our registration will include your application and/or your import of preparations that include substances produced by Kyowa Chemical Industry Co., Ltd or Kisuma Chemicals B.V. please feel free to request a registration for this website and fill in our REACH questionnaire. Only import into the EU that are communicated with Kisuma Chemicals B.V. will be able to use in the future, when required, the REACH registration number of Kisuma Chemicals B.V.

Whenever GHS-EU labeling becomes applicable it will be implemented for our products within the required time limit.
