Change of Board of Directors

As per September 1, 2008 the board of directors of Kisuma Chemicals BV has been increased by two members.  As from that date it will consist of the following persons:

• Mr K.Fuki, managing director (and chairman)
• Ir H.F.Bartelds, operations director (and site manager)
• Dr T.Wigmans, business director (and spokesman)

This change is a consequence of the Company's rapid growth in the last 5 years. At the same time it is a recognition for the increased dependence on its locals staffs
