In case of changing market requirements we will adept our scale of operations within the boundaries of acceptable return-on-investment criteria. For Kisuma-type products, we will follow the market trend and will support Kyowa's global strategy, subject to our supply possibilities.
• Marketing and Technical (Customer) Support will be our core commercial activities. Within the boundaries set by our undisputed quality standards, Logistics and Sales will be outsourced as long as this is financially attractive. We will co-operate with all relevant parties in the supply chain to enable maximum market-coverage for our products.
• Reliable and predictable production output is vital for securing our supply ability and for a proper stock management. Within production, we will focus on our core activities and on securing our know-how position. Non-core activities will be outsourced unless lasting cost savings can be achieved. 
• We consider motivated and knowledgeable people as a major asset for making the difference in our market. For this we will provide a safe, healthy and challenging working environment for our employees.
