KCBV is through the holding company Kisuma Euro BV a wholly owned subsidiary of Kyowa Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., Kagawa Japan (Kyowa), responsible for the manufacturing, marketing and trading of special magnesium compounds worldwide, with the exception of Asia / Pacific Rim.
